Welcome!

Welcome to Reedsport Church of God, a friendly group of believers of all different ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. We'd like you to feel at home among us!

Like all of you, we are currently following stay-at-home instructions, so all in-person church events are suspended for the time being. But the church keeps being the church, even when the building is closed! Church is not cancelled; it is simply changed. Conversations are not cancelled. Relationships are not cancelled. Hope is not cancelled. Love is not cancelled! We pray constantly for opportunities to love like Jesus has loved us, and now we have a chance to do just that.

first-time visitors

Welcome! We're so glad you're joining us. Here are some things you may be wondering about...

  • location

We're located at the corner of 22nd Street and Birch Avenue in Reedsport, right across from the high school football field. Click here for detailed directions.

  • parking

Feel free to park in our parking lot on the corner of 22nd Street and Cedar Avenue or along the street by the high school baseball and football fields. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot and by the side door ramp along 22nd Street.

  • entrance

You're welcome to use any of our three entrances: our main entrance from Birch Avenue, or either of our two accessible entrances from the parking lot on 22nd & Cedar or along the street on 22nd Street.

  • what do i wear?

Come as you are! There's no dress code--you'll find us in everything from jeans to West Coast formal, whatever we feel most comfortable with.

  • what should i bring?

Bring your Bible if you have one. No worries if you don't--there are Bibles in each seat for you to use. Otherwise there's no special equipment you need!

  • what will my kids do?

We have Sunday school for kids during the 9:30 service and Children's Church mid-way through the 11:00 service. Both of those happen downstairs in our Children's Ministries classrooms. There's also a nursery upstairs for our very little ones.

  • how long does it last?

Each service lasts just over an hour. Then please join us in the foyer for coffee, tea, and fresh-baked goodies!
