children's ministry

Children are a welcome priority in our church. All children are invited to attend our various age-level classes and events:

Nursery, Sundays at 10:00am

Allow our loving staff to care for your infants and toddlers from birth up to 3 years of age while you worship, or come along with your crying or active little ones.  Our nursery is located downstairs in Room 4.  Our service is available on YouTube and KDUN Radio 1030AM if you want to stay connected while you're there.

Sunday Morning Live, 10:00am to 11:00am

Children age 3 through 5th grade can enjoy high-energy songs, Bible stories, and hands-on crafts led by excellent, caring teachers. Classes are divided by age level.

The Sunday Morning Live gang of Tom Foolery, Jess in Time, and Dan Druff introduce our video Bible lessons to the kids in person each Sunday.  Click here to watch the video lessons again whenever you want!

We want your kids to have a safe, fun time. For that reason, we use a check-in / check-out process to make sure all children leave with their correct caregivers.

Need a Ride?

We provide a safe, secure Sunday morning bus for kids and youth age 5 through high school. Please fill out a permission form to arrange pickup and drop off by clicking here.

Vacation Bible school

All kids age 4 through entering 6th grade are invited to a free five-day summer program of action-packed, faith-filled adventures! Each half day (9am to 12pm) includes singing, dancing, snacks, activities, and lunch.

Whether going on safari, playing in a mad scientist's lair, or hunting for lost treasure, each year's VBS theme keeps the fun going with songs, games, and crafts that help teach about God's unending love and grace. We'll see you in July 2023 for our next adventure! (Registration opens in June.)

For overnight adventures, try our summer camp! Camps for kids entering 2nd grade and up are held every July and August. Transportation from Reedsport and need-based scholarships are available. Find out more here.

Children's Camps 2022

The 2022 theme for camps was ‘Jesus is the Light”.  Come learn more about how Jesus lights our way each and every day while youth enjoy hiking, games, worship, lessons, and great food while at camp!

  • Introductory Camp is structured for children who haven’t been to camp before, and provides the security of having one of their parents along for the experience. The activities and faith-based sessions are created with both the children and adults in mind. It is a great camp for parent-child bonding and creating special memories. This camp also helps to acquaint children with the camp so they will be prepared for many years of camping to follow.
