Employment Opportunity: Associate Pastor of Youth and Families

Position Summary: The associate pastor of youth and families at Reedsport Church of God will lead and oversee all aspects of ministry for children, youth, and families. This person will champion the next generation, lead teams of volunteers, and unify team members around a shared mission of making disciples. The associate pastor of youth and families will influence the lives of children and youth, while equipping parents to lead in faith matters in the home.

While the next generation is the primary focus of this role, there is flexibility and opportunity for leading and serving within worship ministry or other areas. Based on gifts and experience, there is freedom to discuss this pastoral role for the right candidate. The leadership of our church is very open and willing to do whatever it takes to reach people and families for the sake of the Gospel.
