Camp White Branch has made the decision to cancel this event due to nearby wildfires. The camp is not in danger at this point, but the possibility of road closures and the hazardous air quality due to smoke has led to this decision. They will be be sending out notices to all who registered about the cancellation to determine if the retreat should be rescheduled for a later date.
