When the pumpkins are blazing, 22nd Street is amazing! It's time for another Reedsport Church of God Trunk 'n' Treat spooktacular that's full of treats (and maybe even a few tricks!) Come get enough candy to last you until Christmas! The event starts at 5:30pm on Halloween night, Tuesday, October 31st, with a free dinner of "walking" chili pie. That's a bag of Fritos filled with cheese and homemade chili. It's a meal on the go! Dinner will be available until the end of the night at 7pm. Decorated car trunks will line 22nd Street between the church and football field. (The street will be closed to traffic to make a safe space for pedestrians.) Starting at 6pm, kids can go down the line of trunks to fill their candy bags. The church building will be open if you need a bathroom or a place to warm up. Make sure you grab some cookies and hot drinks before you go! Dinner and trunk 'n' treating will end at 7pm. This event is free and open to all. It's safe family fun for everyone!
