Welcome to Overeaters Anonymous (OA), a community of people who through shared experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive eating and food behaviors. The OA recovery program is patterned after that of Alcoholics Anonymous 12 steps and 12 traditions, changing only the words “alcoholic” and “alcohol” to “food” and “compulsive eating”.
